in single mode.Switch over to multi and all
params appear to be the same yet the sound
isn't.Huh?And yes i've read the manual but it
isn't too clear. So should I just start out in Multi
if I plan on using multis?Dumb question but
hey,I need an answer.

stoked(yes I used to skate) about the sound
and assigned a nice multi and it morphed. So I
just used the single.Kind of defeated the
purpose in getting an all in one VA.I guess I'll
just edit in Multi mode.Did that fix your quirks?

I love reading posts in forums I don't have anything to do with and giving answers according to my gear and hoping they help. Good luck.

program and couldn't find it.I think.F*ck i'm not
sure now that i think of it.Well considering that
they all work about the same i'll give it some
research when I have a lil less sleeping to
do.Not that i'm going to sleep but I'd hate to
wake up and go"now how did i fix that"I
definitely idn't send anything but note data. But
I will check the fx in the morning.thanks.chock
another one up to digital.

oh wait: "i actually saved the edit to the multi program and couldn't find it"- if you edit a sound you have to save the patch for the changes to stay. if you save the multi it will only recall the saved version of the patch.
does this help?

glory.Sounds nice.I followed the manual to set
up a multi and it seemed to tard out.I'll check
the fx though. At some point soon since I
stopped doing drugs months ago I think i'll
pass out.Later when I wake up i'll check it
out.Sounds like a possibility but i generally
make my synths dry.i'm not a big fan of wet
mixes.I'll have to re-examine my method.It's
probably a simple oversight on my part. All I
remember is the manual wasn't so clear on
it.Thanks peeps for the advice and i'll get on it
later today.

- The FX2 of your single sound is different from the FX2 of the multi (there is only one global FX2 in a multi, but you can link it to your desired sound with the global link parameter, provided that it is on part 1-4)
- Your single sound uses the FX1 unit, but is now on one of the multi parts 5-16, where FX1 is not available
- Your sound doesn't go to the same output as in single mode
- if your single sound uses a panning modulation in single mode, it looses this effect in multimode if the FX2 send is different from zero (annoying bug btw)
- you've changed one of the multi edit parameters like volume, panning, detune etc.
