hey maarten:

glad you got your 101 back...

question: does your pitchbend lever (heh!) go
up/down about an octave or more? on my 101 it only
bends the note a few cents either way...on my sh2
it takes it about 2 octaves..shouldnt it be the
same for the 101 as well? maybe something wrong
with the pitch bend slider?

Hmmm, not sure- I'll check tonight. My guess is that this could be tuned if you have the know-how. Hehe, yeah... I'm happy now that it's back, must say that you have a good memory to notice.

Forgot to mention the SDS-800, acid also needs synthetic percussion imo you know...

btw, how's that sq 6-trak?

buy a multimeter and adjust your pitch range for god's sake! (prolly don't need the meter but if you're super cautious)

well you've only mentioned it in every thread where the 101/analogs pop up :-)

6 trak: nice...can get a bit video-gamey if youre not careful... i find i use it most for blurbly, burpy things...i edit with unisyn and theres an extra filter parameter there that you cant access on the board itself, filter fm...gives an almost ring mod quality..that one- knob edit gets on my nerves though...

xoxos: im not very learned about synth innards; why would it go off in the first place?

yeah surprisingly midi-savvy...mines starting to go i think..it always does the countdown on power up, then i have to do the routine: set mode, set channel etc.

h - how much do you want for my amdek clapper?

chroma - i know nothing about proper electronics (circuit design, umm, maths) only about rubbing my fingers all over the insides. hances are your pitch range is set by micropots (have a slot for a screwdriver to adjust) or ?? resistors or capacitors you can rip out and replace.

breathing.Listen to most of the tracks i've

no, no. i couldn't let you take it for less than $75, i insist.

funny ting about it is there's this horrible click in it, that happens after the first bit of the clap, ie. enoug to detract from a tight percussive feel, and seems to have nothing to do with the sound, and it's subtle enough that you only really notice it with headphones.

as is, it's best applicaiton would be for a one-armed opera attendee (with one of thos elittle cigarette pack sized amps)

i keep thinking of having it as a gag prize for some gag contest type of concept - any ideas? sorry to hijack but it's better than it jsut sitting on my desk what with two other analog claps around the place.

heh.. set it up to trigger with light then find someone who uses the clapper to turn on their light, then you hide it in their room, see, and then when they clap the light, exavctly, yes goes on and wop the clap shuts the light off. like a techno oubliette in some exotic mansion.

Ibanez AD-202 is an analog delay.It's a 2
space rack unit w/ knobs,knobs,knobs.The
delays are ok but the flanging and phasing
are stoopid.seen.I love mine.I think I paid $40
for it.I got mine years ago but I still see them
all around.It's greyish black.

H-mine might be faded black.But those
flanges it produces are THICK.seek and you
shall find,cheap too.
