Hi, this is annoying the fuc out of me

Im using v4.8.1 platinum on a mac g4

and my problem is that alot of the times i cant
scroll in the sample edit screen I move my
mouse to the right all the way but the screen
doesnt scroll. I called Emagic about this and
they said to upgrade to 4.8.1 which i did and i
still have this problem.

any suggestions????????????
