anyone notice that a PT bounced multiple
mono file changes the stereo field of the
audio? When a track plays normally the audio
sounds wide and full. Whats it all about? any
PT users here? It sucks when a bounced file
has a mismatched audio from the actual tune.
It changes the depth and everything.

I'm for sure it's Pro tools, b/c it bounces the
audio I hear through the monitors. Does this
happen on the big digi setups? truly drives me
nuts when I'm tryin to make a room of
instruments fit accordingly.

so I'm not the only one thinking this.

What is the problem here? dithering? my average recording medium?
