Seven years ago, Event unveiled their 20/20bas Biamplified System. Since then, the monitors have garnered many fans and won numerous awards. Event now continues thelegacy with the release of the 20/20bas V2, which combines elements of the original model with new technology.

The 20/20bas V2 uses the same 8" mineral-impregnated polypropylene low frequency driver and 1" silk dome high frequency driver found on the original, pairing these proven performers with all new amplifier technology and a redesigned cabinet that offers improved durability and aesthetics while maintaining the exact physical proportions---and the sound---of the original model. The amplifier delivers 130W to the LF driver and 70W to the HF driver, and is powered by a toroidal transformer, which offers significantly reduced mechanical and electrical noise. Continuously variable low- and high-frequency trim controls allow users to compensate for anomalies in their rooms, and both balanced XLR and 1/4" inputs are provided.
