Alesis XTC

Just adding this one to the listings cos they must have shifted shedloads of these. 19" rack-mount, stereo reverb - 16k bandwidth (with a HF adjustable roll-off), 8 programmes, including: gated drum verb, reverse, small, medium & large rooms, to massive hall. - Zero to 200ms of predelay from a front-pot, variable decay time again on a dedicated pot, as is the HF-Roll off (12dB filter covering around 3khz-16khz which effects the signal 'pre' the FX of the XTC) -

Output & Input conreols are also on front panel pots as is the wet/dry mix. The XTC also has it's own built in FX I/O socket loop on the back so you can patch in another effect pre-the XTC. The patched in processor does not appear in the XTC 'dry' output mix, only in the wet signal which is interesting.

Stereo in & out, etc... in it's day it was a popular budget reverb enuff variation & the filter allows some useful verbs, worth a look s/h, they are pretty quite & not so bad, any user comments?...

The manual linked here is for the previous version of this unit called Alesis XT.
The XT:c is visibly different and had its own manual.

I loved this reverb when I used it in the mid-90s. The long, spacious decay and
hold button made for great atmospheres. It was a bit noisy, grainy but I don't
consider stuff like that to be a bad thing.

Feeling nostalgic <3
